At Peninsula, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to make the process as easy as possible.

Please note the following conditions for returns:
- The item(s) must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
- The item(s) must be returned with all original documentation and accessories.
- Custom or special order items may not be eligible for return.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, a store credit will be issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including arranging for a replacement or a full refund if necessary.
